T-Style Concept e.U. offers its services exclusively on the basis of the following Terms and Conditions in their version valid at the time the service is provided. These Terms and Conditions apply to all legal transactions concluded between the customer and T-Style Concept e.U.

“We” refers to T-Style Concept e.U.

“Customer” or “you” refers to any person who enters into contracts with the company for the provision of services.

Prices and Payment Terms

Payment for consultations must be made to the T-Style Concept e.U. account at least two days prior to the appointment or paid in cash at the appointment.

A reminder fee of €9 will be charged to the customer. If the customer defaults on payment, T-Style Concept e.U. is entitled to charge interest at a rate of 9% per annum from the date of default.

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for services, and no cash discount is granted for appointments that are shortened at the customer’s request.

Costs and expenses for travel undertaken in connection with the assignment and discussed with the customer are to be reimbursed by the customer.

T-Style Concept e.U. reserves the right to adjust its prices regularly, including price increases. Customers may request pricing information from T-Style Concept e.U. in writing or verbally.

The customer expressly agrees to receive invoices from T-Style Concept e.U., including electronic invoices.

Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments scheduled with T-Style Concept e.U. are binding.

Appointments can be scheduled via the website, email, or telephone. Appointments are considered confirmed upon registration and written confirmation (email or SMS).

If no cancellation or rescheduling occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, and the client fails to attend, a cancellation fee of 75% of the agreed-upon service fee may be charged.

Late arrival or no-show may result in a reduction of the agreed-upon service time, although the full service fee may still be charged. The client is not entitled to make up for the missed time. No price reduction is offered for appointments shortened at the client’s request.

Services

The scope of services provided by T-Style Concept e.U. is defined in the service description on the website (www.t-styleconcept.com). Services are offered individually or in combination.

All services provided by T-Style Concept e.U. within the scope of colour, type, style, and image consulting encompass colours, clothing, and accessories based on aesthetic and visual considerations, as well as advising clients on their appearance, clothing, styling, and presentation. Consulting services are available for both private and professional clients.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If no appointment date is specified on the voucher, the recipient must schedule an appointment. If the recipient wishes to reschedule, they must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Gift vouchers are sent free of charge to the recipient and are only available after prepayment.

Gift vouchers can also be picked up in person. They will only be issued upon payment in cash on site or after prepayment.

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for services. They are transferable to another person.

Relationship with Shops

The company does not act as an agent for any of the stores we present to you or accompany you on your shopping trip. Contracts for the purchase of goods are made between you and the respective store, and the terms of sale and requirements regarding prices, returns, defects, and all other matters are imposed by the store or agreed upon between you and the store. T-Style Concept e.U. assumes no liability for the quality, condition, or performance of goods you acquire during or as a result of the provision of services by the company.

Liability

T-Style Concept e.U. guarantees that it will provide its services with reasonable expertise and care. Subject to this, no warranty or condition is given, made, or implied with respect to the services, nor may any be implied. In any event, T-Style Concept e.U.’s liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to T-Style Concept e.U. for the provision of the relevant services and shall not, under any circumstances, exceed this amount.
